Extended Hours Support
For many businesses high quality IT support from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. five days a week is just what is needed. But if your business needs more here are our Extended Hours Support plans.
24 x 7 monitoring of your servers and key workstations.
We provide this service as part of our Managed IT Services support plan, or to On Call Support customers at a small monthly charge. Disk space, virus software updates, operating system and other important software updates, security patches, and several other critical performance indicators are monitored constantly. If a problem arises off hours we respond according to your particular service plan the next business morning. If a problem occurs during business hours we respond quickly the same business day.
24 x 5 or 24 x 7 monitoring and customer telephone notification
If you want to be personally notified on a 24 x 5 or 24 x 7 basis if problems arise with key servers, services, or IT components this plan provides notice on the basis you choose.
24 x 5 or 24 x 7 monitoring with telephone alert to TSC and ASAP response
For the highest level of support of your mission critical systems and services this is your choice. Your system will be constantly monitored and should a critical failure arise TSC will be alerted and will respond immediately either remotely connecting to your system or traveling to your facility if necessary to resolve the problem.
